Welcome to the OpenProfessionals ASBL web site.

Build upon a strong partner network, this non-profit association aims at federating the interests of FOSS business actors of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

This independent ASBL targets Free and Open Source Software and related activities for professional use and will, among other things, be the place to:

• exchange best practices, through the sharing of members’ experiences and interests;
• signal, communicate, and federate major local and international business opportunities and activities in FOSS R&D;
• launch different FOSS-based initiatives in Luxembourg and the “Grande Région”.

In other words, the ASBL was created for any professional company already working in the field of FOSS with interest in generating innovation in software.

We are looking for more members to strengthen our network.

Our first activities will rely on promotional events regarding FOSS for the professional use.
